Training Services offer courses covering all aspects of design, installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our partners’ products.
Training provides the knowledge and hands-on experience required to install and manage Partners’ products. Classes are divided into laboratory and classroom lecture sessions, and can be provided in our training facility or at the customer’s site.

Professional Services include such things as : site engineering, "rack and stack", equipment power-up, configuration, and network analysis. Salec certified installers and engineers ensure a quick and efficient deployment, which means faster time to market at less cost. Salec Professional Services include:

Site Engineering

This service includes a site build-out plan with related power and cabling requirements.

Physical Installation

This service includes the unpacking, rack placement, cabling, and equipment connection to power and the network. Once installed, the functionality of the equipment is tested and verified.

Integration and Configuration

This service includes integration, configuration, and testing of the equipment in the network.

Project Management

This service provides oversight for an equipment deployment including the coordination of contracted services, product deliveries and scheduling.

Network Analysis

This service includes a remote diagnostic from one of Salec TAC engineers who will analyze the customer's network and report on areas of improvement in performance and efficiency. This can be done on an as-needed basis or set up to be run on a recurring basis.
